Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we gladly accept non-custom items for a refund within 10 days of the delivery date (based on the carrier’s confirmation).

RETURN POLICY

To qualify for a refund:

 

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, tags, and any gifts with purchase)

  • Custom pieces, personalized items, name/initial jewelry, and any made-to-order styles are FINAL SALE (including single initials)

  • International orders are FINAL SALE

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • If we provide a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

 

Returns must be packed carefully to prevent damage. Items returned tangled, scratched, broken, or sent in envelopes may be refused or incur a handling fee.

All returned items undergo a quality inspection before a refund is issued.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Step 1: Email us at support@houseofzea.com to request a return authorization.

  • Step 2: Once approved, place the jewelry in its original packaging and pack it inside a sturdy shipping box (not an envelope).

  • Step 3: Ship the item back using the return label provided or your preferred carrier.

  • Step 4: Allow 7–10 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.

 

House of ZÉA is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it automatically enters our fulfillment system. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they are submitted.
